Thanksgiving

Hanging out with family...
Newly named "Bob" and the 3 pies, he contributed. Pumpkin eggnog, pumpkin cheesecake & apple. Fabulous!
The coolest part of the train museum for the Friendly Hero was the model trains. We took turns, thrilling with him at the magic of the moving train.
I also learned this weekend, that if you are going to steal your neighbor's Blizzard it is necessary to be charming, darling and young.

My mother's account of Thanksgiving began " These cousins of yours are to be admired..." Then she went on and on about the pies, the crocheting, quilts, cross stitch, etc., etc. It's nice to be related to such talent, but try to tone the talent show down next time so my parents don't get too depressed about their own kids.

Your parents were the amazing ones... they lived in the kitchen. We had to beat them to stop them from doing the dishes. And they were so patient with the Friendly Hero pushing his bus back and forth on the table for hours. We are blessed with family!
